It is both an antique brooch and a pendent.
The larger heart has three pansies dotted around it with stunning seed pearls.
Inside the smaller heart swings from a bow and has a bright blue turquoise in its centre.
Behind the top seed pearl pansy is a small gold loop so it can be worn as a pendant.
This original piece is stamped 15 carat and is in wonderful condition.
