The natural Sapphire is 0.30 carats and a gorgeous blue. There are 18 round old cut Diamonds totaling 0.18 carats. They are excellent G/H colour and SI clarity.
The platinum continues to the shoulders – and each one has a tiny rose cut Diamond before it becomes a 15 carat yellow gold band.
