The 3 oval cut Rubies are 0.50ct in total combined weight and are a lovely deep ‘ruby’ red in colour.
There are 2 round cut old diamonds of 0.14ct in total – and excellent colour and clarity.
The stones are set down in the 18 carat gold band – making it a lovely smooth ring – with no claws to catch or snare.
It has beautifully engraved detail on the shoulders – and still has its hallmarks showing it was made in Chester in England in 1915.
It is a nice weighty ring – and would make a great dress ring for a lucky woman – or even an engagement ring/wedding band all rolled into one.
It is in excellent condition – and comes with an independent valuation.
