The natural white cabochon opals are heart shaped and total 0.80 carats with stunning flashes of green, orange and blue.
There are four sparkling old cut Diamonds totaling 0.12 carats and excellent G/H colour.
It is made from 18 carat gold and has its original hallmarks in the band showing it was made in 1901 in Birmingham, England.
