We are pleased to offer our customers FREE delivery and insurance.
 

Methods of delivery
1) Items posted from within Australia will be sent by Australia Post Express Post Platinum next day delivery to Capital cities and within two days to some regional areas.
Items will be fully insured and require signature on delivery.
2) Items shipped from Europe to Australia will be sent insured with Federal Express with a delivery time of 3 to 5* days for goods valued over $500. Items less than $500 will have a delivery time of 5 to 7* days.
3) Items shipped from either Germany or Australia to the UK or US will be sent Federal Express with a delivery time of 2 to 6* days.
**Please be aware we have no authority over local Customs and delivery time may vary if Customs holds an item.

Returned Items

If you decide to return an item in line with our ‘Return Policy’ and it has been shipped to or within Australia it can be returned to our Melbourne address.
Customers in all other countries should return items to our Berlin address.
Customers are responsible for packing the item securely and return postage and insurance costs will be reimbursed. Please discuss with Andrea BEFORE returning any item.

Customs and Import Duty

Some governments require duty to be paid on goods imported into the country. The customer is responsible for paying this duty.

The rates below are provided as a guide and are subject to change.

Australia:

Items valued at more than $1000 shipped from Germany to Australia are subject to import duty of 10 to 15%.

Our prices have been lowered to reflect this. Feel free to discuss further with Andrea.

Federal Express helps facilitate international clearance and Andrea will assist by emailing an Australian Customs form with the details needed for it to be easily filled out online by the customer who then sends it on to Customs.

United Kingdom:

No duty or taxes are payable on items shipped from within the EU.

Items shipped from Australia to the UK are subject to VAT of 15%.

United States:

Please see the United States Customs and Border Protection website for more details. How quickly do we post?

We aim to post on the same day as the payment has been cleared. We do not post on weekends.

Due to government import restrictions we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
 Africa, Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Lithuania, Pakistan, Republic of Georgia, Russia, South Africa and Turkey.
